Gold Laundromat

In 2024, Alloyfold was selected to provide seating for Gold Laundromat in Invercargill, New Zealand, as part of a new build project. The laundromat required a durable and aesthetically pleasing seating solution for their customer waiting area, and after considering various options, they chose Alloyfold’s Schumann waiting seats for their modern design and long-lasting performance.

The Schumann seats were selected for their robustness and clean, contemporary look, perfectly complementing the laundromat’s interior. With their steel and aluminium construction, the seats were designed to withstand the high-traffic environment of a busy laundromat. Gold Laundromat chose two 3-seater configuration, with end arms only and floor fixings included, ensuring stability and functionality. The sleek and durable design of the Schumann seats provided both comfort and style, aligning with the laundromat's vision of a welcoming and functional space.

Alloyfold supplied the seating with a 5-year commercial warranty, offering long-term durability for a business that values quality and ease of maintenance. The seats’ design, without upholstery, made them easy to clean and maintain, which was a priority for Gold Laundromat.
